In preparation of Service, please read 2 Peter 3.
Consider that in the last days there will be "scoffers" who say that Jesus' return will never happen. What else will these kinds of people "deliberately forget" (verse 5)? To God, "A day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day" (verse 8), but why does it seem he so slow to keep his promise to return (verse 9)?
